How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes, townhomes, condos, duplexes, and townhome developments. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You’ll receive a monthly income statement and a 1099 at the end of the year, ready for your accountant or tax preparer. -

HomeFirst manages and holds the tenant security deposit for your convenience. -

The RBP improves tenant satisfaction, reduces turnover, and includes preventive maintenance measures like HVAC filter delivery and 24/7 maintenance coordination.
