Mort has over 34 years of experience in private business and is a proven professional negotiator. A Centre College graduate. Mort began his career in real estate while still in college, owning and managing real estate investments. Mort enjoys working with buyers and sellers, especially investors.

Peggy grew up in Kentucky and graduated from NKU. She brings a deep appreciation for the communities and culture that make the Bluegrass State unique. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ashley is a devoted wife and proud mother of two.  Ashley lives in Lexington, KY with her husband Brent, daughter Hadley, son Nolan, and dog Charlie.

Cindy Sparks is a seasoned entrepreneur and engineer with a proven track record in business ownership, customer service and negotiation. A Kentucky native and UK alumnus, Cindy has founded multiple successful companies and brings that same drive and attention to detail to her work in real estate. With a passion for the land and heritage of Central Kentucky, Cindy enjoys helping buyers and sellers navigate high-value property transactions, especially luxury estates and investment properties. Her background in advanced manufacturing and project management gives her clients a unique advantage in understanding property potential, value and long-term investment strategy. Dan brings extensive expertise in property management, having previously worked with a leading Georgia-based company responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of over 3,000 residential properties across U.S. Throughout his career, he has developed strong skills in tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and financial oversight, ensuring optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction. Dan is well-versed in leveraging property management software and streamlining operations to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Outside of work, Dan is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys mountaineering and skimboarding. A passionate heavy metal fan, he channels his creativity through his own band. When at home, he loves unwinding by playing video games.

When the going gets tough the tough call on Deanie! She is a proven project leader with expertise and accomplishment in many business sectors including nonprofit, small business, government and Fortune 500 companies. She knows how to get answers and does it with a smile.

Deanie considers God, family, her country and the free enterprise system most important in her life. Her work ethic is strong, but when she needs to take a break she enjoys reading, listening to inspirational music or watching a good movie.
