Our tax and accounting backgrounds have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. Many property management companies overlook the small details, or ignore what they perceive as burdensome rules and regulations. That’s not our style. These kinds of oversights can, and often do, lead to increased expense and liability for property owners. We pride ourselves on the attention we pay to details, which sets us apart.
Robin Trimble
Principal Broker/Owner
Robin has 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, serving buyers, sellers, owners and tenants. Robin's primary goal is to always put her client's interest first.
Morton Trimble
Realtor/Owner
Mort has over 34 years of experience in private business and is a proven professional negotiator. A Centre College graduate. Mort began his career in real estate while still in college, owning and managing real estate investments. Mort enjoys working with buyers and sellers, especially investors.
Peggy Baldridge
Realtor
Peggy grew up in Kentucky and has been married to her husband, Jim, for over 30 years. She and Jim have personally bought and sold 6 houses, including one they built themselves. She loves making the home buying or selling process easier for her clients. She enjoys doing interior decorating and staging and she and her husband offer free financial counseling to clients trying to buy a home.
When she is not working on real estate or on a DIY house project, she can be found in the kitchen creating healthy recipes, outside working in her garden, teaching yoga or enjoying her family.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ashley is a devoted wife and proud mother of two. Ashley lives in Lexington, KY with her husband Brent, daughter Hadley, son Nolan, and dog Charlie.
